Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel; the room had a scaffolding view due to maintenance, and the thin walls made it hard to sleep with noise from the adjoining room. However, the price was reasonable starting at £70 per night, which is a good deal in today's Manchester market.
The hotel was lovely, offering a comfortable stay with friendly and professional staff. Although a bit pricey at nearly 400, the room was standard but cozy. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. The location was fantastic, especially for easy access to public transport, but not ideal for everyone. The dining experience was delightful overall, except for a small inconvenience.
The hotel's rooms left me feeling like I didn't get what I paid for, which was very disappointing. While the noise was a bit bothersome, having a bathtub was a plus.
My stay at the hotel was incredible! The rooms were spotless and amazing, definitely an improvement on the first time. Although I heard what sounded like someone vacuuming in my room, it was overall a fantastic experience. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, with some staff being rude and unhelpful, but thank goodness for the two women on reception who tried their best to resolve a bad situation. The location was nice with a great choice of food at the breakfast buffet, making it super convenient. The dining experience was really good, especially with dinner being fantastic. Two thumbs up!
